• All parties must be pre-booked and paid for in advance.

• Bring your own cake & candles - although we can supply for £12.99. Please note we do not allow cake sparklers as these set off the fire alarm. 

•  Under 8s policy applies. Click here for information. Children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended within the waterpark. 

• To confirm a booking half of party fees are required as a deposit.

• Height, age and weight restrictions apply on waterslides (where applicable to your party)

• No refunds will be given for non operational slides / features due to mechanical breakdown or inclement weather.

• Minimum numbers apply as per party type.

• Lockers take 20p coin which is returned after use.

• No refunds will be given for any non-attendance, as long as the minimum party number requirement has been met. 

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before party will result in loss of deposit, however where possible we will offer you another date and transfer your deposit. Cancellation on the day of the party will result in the total loss of your deposit. 

• Please note the video at the top of the page explaining our party options is displaying the old party price for our Splash Zone & Pirate Parties which is now £180. 

• Privacy statement 
  We will only use your personal information for matters concerning your birthday party with us. Communication will be in the form of email, letter, telephone. We will not pass your details onto any 3rd parties.
