Full payment is due 14 days in advance of your booking by credit or debit card, or BACS transfer. (Bookings paid for via BACS please use booking reference )

No refunds can be issued for non-attendance.

Everyone wanting to enter the pool area will be required to pay the entry fee regardless if they are swimming or not.

Bookings not made 14 days in advance will be subject to non-group rates.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst at the park.

Splash under 8's Policy - All under 8's must be accompanied in the pool by someone 16+ years.

Under 8's policy - 1 Adult to 2 children under 4 & 1 adult per 1 child under 4 years - please refer to our website for further information.

Your session will form part of a public session therefore we are unable to offer exclusive use.

Everyone in your booking must arrive at the pool together in advance of your session start time.

Mulitple family groups do not qualify for group booking rates.
